What do you guys think of my first build?

This is my first build. I am looking to play 1080p games at high, very high, and ultra settings with at least 60 frames (turning settings down from ultra to very high or high is fine). The most demanding games i will probably be playing are gta 5, just cause 3, fallout 4, and witcher 3. I have a 1TB WD Blue hard drive in my old pc so i can use that. This is also probably the pc i will be using when i start college in 2 years, so there's that.
Here is the list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NB4cjc

If you have any recommendations, let me know, Thanks in advance!

But I use the Roccat and it feels good...

As for the RX 480, if OP decides to play something that uses DX 12, the card you showed will shine. But then he's playing GTA V and other DX 11 titles, so I personally think that in this case, he should get the 1060 instead.
Here's a better build.
There's some very poor quality components in there.
Spend a bit more and get a mechanical keyboard and a good mouse.

Thank you for the suggestions, the reason i did not go with the powercolor rx 480 is because it has some cooling problems. as far as the video card goes, i should have mentioned that i am going to wait for the day that i order everything (which wont happen until like late july) to see which card (480 or gtx 1060) has the better deal.

Should get something small. As for mice, I recommend the Roccat Lua: no frills, just a simple DPI adjustment button. But very good overall. As for keyboard, get some actual MX Blues on eBay if you really want that tactile feedback and sound. Those go for $50.

Yeah i will probably upgrade to ryzen 5, or whatever intel releases because of ryzen 5 (maybe just i5 price drops) when i feel like the pentium is holding me back. Thank you guys!
