I've done this 3 times before but i like to see peoples opinions, I have been able to get some extra cash. My current budget is $2100. I will note a few things
1) I will get the 880 (or TI version if it is the price of the current 780ti) because i am buying these parts at the end of the year and using the 780ti as a price reference.
2) I don't have a Afterstock cooler because my current choice will be a noctua and it wont fit my budget.
3) Like the GPU im using the i5 as a price reference should it's equivilent be the same price.

Looks pretty good. Looks like you have a bit more cash to spare on this build, so why not get something like this? (small edit)

Do you already have Windows? If not, then you will need to take into account the extra $100 needed for Windows.

Would you care to explain that Outlander?

My rational,
The I5 because for the programs i use generally aren't as CPU intensive than Ram and GPU intensive
The Sabretooth is based more on my OCD of keeping crap tidy and motherboards make me feel helpless because of the exposed components.
I chose 16 gig's of Ram for upgrading another PC so its 8 gigs for the final build.
I chose the 840 evo because it is a slightly quicker and larger than my other option of the m500.
I chose the Seagate drive because it's a large HDD
I chose the 780ti (its equivilent in the 800 series) because i think it would be a worthwhile investment given my budget due to how SLI can be inconsistant.
The fractal case is probebly the closest thing i have to brand alligance. Mainly because I've had a very good experience with their cases.
The Optical drive.... Obvious....
The PSU is mainly like with the case, I have had a quite good experience with corsair PSU's
The screen because I quite like screens that are quite wide.
And the keyboard because im giving my current mechanical is going to my father when i do this build.
