Generally, the build seems reasonable. The only real concern is the PSU. Most of the Be Quiet series of PSU's are not the best of quality/performance.

It is important to use quality PSU's as they supply clean and stable power to the system, and the PSU and components should last for many years.

Recommend getting a quality PSU such as -

Antec HCG 620M
SeaSonic G-650
SeaSonic X-650

Why don't you get a GTX 970? they are better and the aren't much more expensive than the 770 ones

I really do hope you get special offers at pccasegear because those prices are all over the place.
Never in my time on here have I seen a website ask for $75 AUS for an optical drive that wasn't a blu ray. Jesus christ.
