Im going to overclock so could you suggest one with more power I will upgrade in future two so most likely another video card.

For oc that ANTEC will be enough for sure. Now if you intend to buy another GTX780:

Do you think its the best for the buck for next gen this is also my first build

It is just awesome! The GTX 780 won't give you any problem in my opinion. You've chosen a good CPU as well, Haswell and K (overclockable). So yeah, I'd say that's quite decent.

I'd tell you to get a PSU from a trusted brand with 750-850 watts. That'd be enough.
