What do you recommend for gaming multiplayer ?

I need a recommendation regards the two routers on the following (on DSL) :

- Linksys WAG320N

-Cisco Linksys X3000

Based off reviews alone I would go with Cisco Linksys X3000.

Linksys WAG320N has a lot of issues with dropping connection and overheating. Tons of reviews are saying they almost require a laptop cooling pad under them just to keep them functional.
