What do you think about that PC?

My PC almost hit 5 years, so I think this is the time for an upgrade. I want to leave the HDD with OS + RAM (of course with few new sticks) from the old (actual) system. After the whole thing my PC would look like this:
Intel Core i5-4670k
ASUS GeForce GTX 760 OC 2GB
ASRock Z87 Extreme3
2x ADATA (AD3U1333B2G9-R) 4GB (2X2GB) 1333Mhz + ADATA (AD3U1333W8G9-B) 8GB 1333Mhz
SAMSUNG HD103SJ 1TB
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Corsair CX 750
Zalman Z9 Plus
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

You don't have to comment on HDD or OS.
After upgrade to this level, I'd like to buy the same graphics card and connect them to SLI + an GoodRAM C50 120GB.
And I have few questions:
1. When I put my HDD with OS to new PC after changing boot order in BIOS everything will work correctly?
2. Are those RAM sticks going to work well with each other?
3. Is this PSU going to be OK with this PC? I'm searching for PSU max. 340 PLN, so it shall be about 113$, but prices are bigger, so 100$ is 410 PLN. I don't have that big budget, so those PSUs could have become bought (I don't know if this sentence is correct):
Corsair CX 750
XFX Core 750W
Fractal Design FD-PSU-IN2B-750W
Fortron RAIDER S 750W
IN-WIN GreenMe 750W
4. Due to the best of those PSUs, is it going to handle those GTXs in SLI? Is it going to have all those cables etc. which are needed to power up the system?
5 What do you think about this PC?

Solution
4690K has a physical difference with 4670K
it has better thermal conductivity thus perform better overall, and overclock easier

i believe, dual GTX 760 in SLI deserve better cpu and mobo
yes, 4690K and award winning Z97 extreme4
it worth the price difference, even if it is $50

and go for 2x 4GB ram 1600 or faster. more than that will be a waste
different size of ram will void dual channel configuration
Thanks 😉
I was thinking that people would choose the XFX one.
I don't actually need the 4690k, because on stock this isn't faster than 4670k. In terms of overclocking yes, I will overclock this CPU, but this isn't going to be that important to me. Maybe 4-4,2Ghz. And 4670k costs less (in Poland it's about 50 PLN, and in usd IT'S ABOUT 17$).
These are the Polish pricings :\
I didn't thaught about Z97 motherboard. Maybe ASRock Z97 would make it. Or Z87 Extreme4.
In this or either way it's about 50 PLN of difference too, so it would be 100 PLN of difference (about 31$). Maybe not much, but I want to spend as least as possible.
