Hello =)

I live in China and it is time for a new pc.

It is for 1080p gaming, BF V ready on high graphics.
Does this build look good for the price?

Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600X = $223
Gpu: Sapphire RX580 8G Ultra Platinum OC = $306
Mobo: Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming = $146
Ram: Crucial 2x8GB DDR4 2666 = $157
Storage: ADATA XPG M.2 500GB NVME SSD = $131
Psu: Super Flower 550W 80 plus GOLD = $58

Total = $1021

I read that the ryzen 5 2600x has a nice stock cpu cooler so I will just use that. Until I need to overclock my cpu & gpu I will get better cooling.

Thanks for any suggestions or comments!

With the dedicated GPU you won't notice. No

My resolution will be 1920×1080 with a refresh rate of 60Hz it is a normal 34inc AOC monitor. Is that extra 600mhz with the ram really a noticeable difference? :ange:

When I researched my first gen ryzen build, it did. There's plenty of YouTube videos out there if you search "Ryzen Memory Speed"

I agree after watching this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dx2NTo1vo84
2-5 fps more is not worth the money for higher mhz and low cla ram kits

Thanks a lot for your reply. I will get at least 3200mhz ram!

You also just convinced me to get a new monitor I am searching for 144hz FreeSync monitors right now =)
Do you know if my computer will be able to handel 144hz in Battlefeild V or PUBG?

If you're looking for high 144hz+ refresh rate, you'll have to go intel for processing and nvidia for a graphics card.
