First of all I want to apologize my english.. So are the componets that I chose:

CPU INTEL Pentium G3258 3.2GHz (I will be overcloking this one)

Motherboard ASROCK Z97 ANNIVERSARY LGA1150 ATX

Graphics card SAPPHIRE DUAL-X R9 280 3GB GDDR5

Hard drive WD CAVIAR BLUE 1TB SATA3 7200RPM 6Gb/s 64MB

RAM KINGSTON HyperX Fury Black 8GB 1600MHz DDR3

Case NZXT H230 Silent Midtower

Fan Noctua NH-D14

PSU -

So what do you think about this? How well this will perform when playing at 1080p on high settings on games like Arma 3 and Gta 5 (when it comes out on pc😀)..? I will be also doing some photo editing and digital art on this pc. I going to try overclock Intel Pentium all the way up to 4.5Ghz..Am I able to do that with this rig?

Solution
I agree with Logain. GTA5 in particular will almost certainly run poorly (if at all) on a dual core CPU. Photo editing also will almost certainly benefit from more cores.

What PSU are you getting? You'd only need 500W, but it should be a good one (e.g. not Corsair CX or GS).

Thanks guys for answers! I appreciate :) But what if I play on medium settings? 😀 I've seen a lot benchmarks of intel pentium g3258 and they have seemed pretty good..I am not such a hardcore gamer, more interested in graphics and programming 😀 btw. how about this PSU Cooler Master B600 V2 600W?

Yes they are.. Antec VP600P 600W ATX24? Antec TruePower Classic 550C - 550W ? Antec Basiq 550 Plus - 550 Watt Continuous Power? Antec VP550F-EC VP Power PSU ?

Which one of these you prefer?

Check out this list, if you aren't overclocking I recommend this.

Then you are able to get a GTX 970 in the build. If you wish to overclock I can upgrade the CPU, mobo, and throw in a CPU cooler but I will probably have to use a lower GPU to accommodate the budget.
