OS I require new OS.
Overclocking I want to overclock but have 0 experience in it; so I likely end up using the button from motherboard.
Why am I upgrading? My current PC’s are way too slow and/or cannot handle my usage anymore
Additional comments
• Full disk encryption with Bitlocker from Windows pro should be possible.
• I will likely add a 2nd 24 inch 1920 x1200 screen in the future.
• Is this system silent?
• The system will run in environment of 25°C
• for GPU: I want to be able to run 1 year @ 75% of max settings. I want to be able to run similar games around 50% of max settings up to 2,5 years.
• for case: will be placed near right arm. Bottom right halve will be blocked. Preferable no windows, LEDS. Preferable no strong air flow coming out left side.

0,5 day out 7: casual gaming: wow, Diablo, heroes of the Storm, Dota2, CSgo. I am thinking about The Whitcher. Also about some high end shooter.
1 day out 7: postgress dbase:50% of the time, it will import data / backing up dbases and restore dbases. 50% it will just consult the generated dbase.
1 day out 7: dominantly overnight, running custom software (100% CPU / 60% RAM / 0% GPU) the custom software takes 8 to 24 Gb RAM, uses maximally the threads/cores and dumps once in a while 4 a 8Gb data on the disk. It is not required to grab generated data from HD to work.
1 day out 7: running custom software + exploring data generated by custom software (100% CPU / 100% RAM / 0% GPU) The running of custom software is like above. The consulting consumes 1 thread and similar amount of RAM; meaning SWAP files will be used. The dominant lag while consulting is moving data from HD to RAM before consulting can take place.
0,5 day out 7: combination of min 2 of the above activities.
