Whats going to be its main use? For strictly gaming its excessive in unneeded areas and you could get similar gaming performance for less more or more performance for the same amount. Between the excessive amount of ram and the overpriced motherboard, gpu, and psu. I bet you could almost get a system with 2 980TIs.

I know you're all going to hate me for this, but I would build AMD.

I would go with the AMD FX-8350 CPU, Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 (or the Crosshair V Formula Z if you're really dedicated), 16GB of DDR3 Radeon Memory at 1866MHz, two Asus R9 390s, and the Cooler Master Seidon 120v for the CPU cooler. I would also go with the Cooler Master V1000 (1000 watt) PSU.

Oh and I would go with the NZXT Phantom 530 Chassis.

Can you tell me a reason to do this??? fx 8350 is almost as half fast as i7 6600 and corssfire 390 are slower than a single titan x

Not hate, just strongly disagree. So you'd rather build a system starts starts life with a CPU bottleneck? I'm sorry but in newer cpu intensive games the 8350 needs a big oc to keep up with a single 390 let alone 2 in crossfire. And for the OC needed you'd need something bigger than a 120mm aio.
