I dont know much about computers, so I also wanna know if this build would work together.
I only wanna buy a pc that can run Smite, CSGO at high 1080p 60fps and some new PS4 games mid or low 1080p or 720p +30fps

The i3 4170+GTX 750TI is a good combo for budget build and you will be able to get 30+ FPS in all modern games @High settings on 1080p but not on Ultra.

PCHelper, Do u think everything will work with that motherboard and case?
And do you think that I could find a better AMD processor with lower price than this one?

Yes, the Mobo and case is fine.

I don't think you can find anything cheaper which is better than the GTX 750TI.

The power supply isn't the greatest , grab a XFX 550W.
