Definitely faster ram, even 2400mhz.

I would also never use anything razer besides a deathadder. But looks like you are all in there... You could get much higher quality peripherals for the same price if you moved away from razer.
 
Better cpu, faster ram, more storage (faster but smaller SSD, bigger HDD), better psu.

Everything else (case too) are up to preference.
I personally hate Razer.
My preferred peripherals would be
