Also do you think if this power supply will be enough?
That is my main concern right now and hopefully everything else fits fine.

EDIT: First time building a PC, went with medium end components, hopefully they make sense

You will want dual channel memory, so 2x4GB memory kits instead of a single stick.

There are certainly better power supplies out there, but it is enough for the job. If you can stretch to the Corsair CX450 get that.

450w is sufficient for a GTX1060.
But, the corsair VS units are considered as poor quality, tier 5/6 on this list:

On your build, you can omit the aftermarket cooler, the one that comes with ryzen will do the job.

It is a mistake to buy a single stick of ram and run in slower single channel mode.
Buy a 2 x 4gb kit.
Do not think you can add ram later, it may work, but will not be supported.
If you want 16gb, buy it now or plan on replacing your 8gb later.

You should get them together in a kit, as they will work better together.

A lousy plan.
What is your plan B if the new stick does not work with the old??
Save yourself from grief and buy a supported 2 x 8gb kit up front.
