Question What do you think about this pc build for budget gaming?

I made this build in order to be able to run diablo 4 on low/medium settings, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Xt8F78, what do you think about it and what would you change? can it get any cheaper?

The specs look good to me, and based on the official system requirements you must be able to play it on medium/high settings. But what screen resolution are you targeting for ?

1080p or 2K ? Which monitor do you have ? A lot will depend on the screen resolution the game is being played on as well.

I have an old 20 inch asus, 1920x1080 is my resolution

Okay, on that resolution you are good to go with this game. I don't see any serious issues using this mid-range rig for Diablo 4 and other less graphic demanding titles.

What's your max budget for any rig ? 550 USD or you can shell out more ? If you can afford a little bit more, then I would get a slightly better GPU and PSU for that rig, although PSU is not a very high tier model, but it should be sufficient for gaming nonetheless.

But the Intel ARC GPU is the weakest part on that rig. I mean it's not a bad card for average casual gaming, but it has a very narrow 96 bit memory bus width which can create bottleneck in memory intensive games/apps.

I’d consider dropping to a cheap a520 board, and swap the cpu for a ryzen 5 5500. That should open your budget a bit then see if you can find a cheap rx 6600 instead of the a380.

I'm looking to save as much as possible and get the minimum viable specs for diablo 4 medium settings. The mobo you recommend is microatx isn't it? what does this change in the build? do I need a different cpu or case?

Most a520 boards are likely micro atx. But a micro atx board should still fit a mid tower or full size case.

In fact I’ve got the exact case you picked out and have a micro atx board in it. You will want to add fans. It can take 6.

At your budget I’d consider something more like this.

Though you should be able to find cases closer to 50 bucks to help save money.

For a motherboard suggestion I’d say pick this up.

I’ve got one of those and I think it comes with bios flashback. The one I got from microcenter though was already updated for ryzen 5000. The cost doesn’t seem to be more than a few dollars more than the a520 boards.
