What do you think about this rig for budget gaming?

Hi Guys,

I want to know if this rig is decent enough to play new title games at a decent FPS at high or medium settings.BF4, Arma3, GTA5, Farcry4, etc. However I am confused about few things listed below.
Also play iRacing at high setting @ 60 - 90 FPS on average.

CPU: Intel Core I3-4160 3.60 GHz Processor or AMD FX 6300
MOBO:MSI Z97 PC Mate Motherboard ( If you can think of a better one)
CASE: Corsair CC-9011050-WW Carbide Series SPEC-01 Steel Red LED Mid-Tower Gaming
GPU: 1. Gigabyte Geforce GTX 750Ti 2GB DDR5 BLACK EDITION
2. MSI N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC Twinn FROZR
(I don't know which one to go for as people say MSI is good but Gigabyte has better Base clock rate, so please help me decide)
RAM:Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC DRAM ( 2 sticks)
PSU: Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive

I am open to all your suggestions. Please help me decide the right one. As I said its for budget gaming.

msi and yes this is one of the best budgetbuilds

i would say push a few more bucks and get a ssd for c drive and hhd for d drive

The MSI is the better GPU also if you can affor it I'd upgrade to an Intel i5 or I7 If its possible

Yes I didn't see the AMD processor. If you're on a very tight budget is go with the 6300

I am on tight budget wish I could get the i5 and i7 one day. well do I need a cooler or something? and can you guys suggest me some other MOBO for that price ?

fx 6300 and i3 4160 not much price difference in my country,
