I want to build a new computer to replace my old one (AMD FX 6100, AMD RADEON HD 6570 2GB), so where i live (Ecuador) things are very expensive compared to any other country.
Now let's see:

-MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-H97 Gaming 3
-CPU: Intel Core i5 4670
-GPU: PNY GeForce GTX 970 XLR8
-HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm
-RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Red 8 Gigabytes 1600mhz
-PSU: Corsair CX500M (do you think this is enough?, if not, which psu should i buy if i want to do SLI in the future?)

Probably i will get a ssd but that will be in the future.

So do you think i'd be able to run games like crysis 3, watch dogs, ac unity, farcry 4 in ultra? what would be the average fps?
I also have to say that i'm gonna be playing in single monitor and 1080-1444p resolutions, probably recording.

I'd be more comfortable with a better quality PSU. You have some pretty nice parts there, don't skimp out on the part that everything else depends on. Something like:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: Antec HCG M 850W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $79.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

You don't need an 850w, but it's the same price as the 750w, so why not. Better quality, and semi-modular cables help clean up the inside of your case. Plenty of power for possible SLI in the future(750w would be plenty too).

Your build should be able to do ultra no problem for the foreseeable future.
