I would go with the XFX ProSeries 750 watt PSU instead, unless you plan to SLI at some point. Throw in a 120GB Samsung EVO SSD and you should be set. Also don't forget a CPU cooler, the Hyper 212 EVO is a good for a light/medium OC, I would go with a Noctua D14 for anything more.
