What do you think of my build

First off thanks to everyone for their input in advance
I'd like advice on my build, what do you think what would you change?
The build price is around were I want do be but can move a bit. Also on a side note who do you like newegg (I always use them) or amazon (thinking of buying from them this time).

First choice to save some money

Your choices all look solid. I would choose the EVGA over the Corsair PSU, better quality. I have had good luck with the Egg, Amazon, SuperBiiz and TigerDirect. My favorite is Microcenter, though. Only cause I can go there in person and drool. Plus you can't beat their prices on CPU and motherboard bundles.

The only thing that would worry me about it is the return policy if
I got bad component.
