You could save some money and get the fx8320 Cpu, put the money back into the build with a better cooler. If you were going to do that though, you'll be wanting a 990fx chipset motherboard because it overclocks better, and performs better in general. I'd look at sales when you go to purchase because you can often times find an XFX Psu on sale that is semi-modular, 750w, and possibly silver+ certified for a good price.
