I saw these Modular PSUs at a very cheap price. Guys, I'd like to know what do you think of these PSUs?

Prices are in Philippine Peso. I don't know how much they cost in US :)
530W priced at P2, 150.00 and 630W at P2, 650.00

Solution

Hi - no...

Hi - no trusted review of it. I expect that it is fine. My only concern is it was rated at 35ºC & not the usual 40 & above
But, it looks to be a decent unit. It actually has 4 more +12v amps than the model HW Secrets reviewed.
The OEM is CWT vs HEC Compucase, but that is not a bad thing.

I'd say you're good to go, if you get a decent warranty on it.I didn't find warranty info for it on your link. Minimum should be 3 yrs or pass on it.

I own one SMART SE 630W bought one month ago.

Pros: It's very silent even in heavy load. No problem with operating Temperature 0℃ to +35℃ cause this psu never reach +35℃ even when I overclock CPU & GPU. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Cons: Maybe a dust filter for the PSU fan will be useful.

My System:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87-HD3
CPU: Intel i5-4670K
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
VGA: ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 2x4GB DDR3 1600Mhz Dual Channel
SSD: ADATA XPG SX900 128GB
PSU: Thermaltake Smart SE 630W
CASE: Sharkoon BD28 ATX MIDI TOWER BLUE
