So I'm trying to build a pc for mid range keeping in mind a good overclocking and best value for the price rate and tell me if i need to swap anything
CPU : I5 8600K
GPU : GTX 1060
MOTHERBOARD : ASUS Prime Z370-A
RAM : CORSAIR 8GB
COOLER : Cooler Master hyper 212
PSU : Corsair 650 watt not sure the line
DRIVE : SSHD Seagate
Case : anything in the store that looks good

Solution

They both are good choices. The 2nd one has more features, more RGB leds and lighting options and more importantly it includes a modern WiFi adapter. If the price difference between those boards isn't too big and you do need the WiFi card and the extra features go with the ROG Strix otherwise you can choose the Prime model and save some money. Just choose what suits your needs best. Keep in mind that a lot of people overspend on their motherboards without really needing all the features they are paying extra for. Good luck.
It looks good. Just some thoughts:
1)New Nvidia GPUs are expected soon. This may result in cheaper GTX 1060s or better and faster GPUs at the same price.
2) Avoid the VS Corsair PSU line. Choose from the CXxxxM line and above (careful not the ones with the green label).
3)It's best to get a separate SSD and HDD. So if you have the available budget choose 2 different drives.

Good luck.
