What do you think of this build?

I only thing new in this build is the graphics card, so I already have everything else. Would my CPU somehow bottleneck the graphics card? My old video card is a Radeon HD 6870, so how would the performance increase if I go with the one listed below?Any suggestions to the build would be awesome!

Just a bit but I don't think you'll be completed affected by it unless the game requires more than 2 cores

You dont need that motherboard.You should go with i5 + 280x + worse motherboard. Thats what I think
