I would suggest the M.2 960evo 250GB as its about 10 times faster than your drive. It should go on sale soon. It should be about $130.

The 960 Evo will be quite expensive upon release, and it is excessive anyway.
The max speed you really need for a gaming rig is an 850 Evo.
I can improve quite a bit on this, i'll post an update in a bit.

Na the only the 950 pro, 960 pro, and the 960 evo has a good read speed.

That's in USD though.

Sure can, should run everything maxed 60fps 1080p, even the most demanding stuff.
When you have the money, consider a monitor upgrade, but you should be set.
