And you still have enough for your optical drive, card reader and Wi-Fi card. I would really up the budget to stick a 250GB SSD in there too. Someone will probably come in and throw a better build together though, I'm not in the US so I don't know of any sites other than PCPartpicker.

Intel CPU's have obscenely stronger cores than current AMD CPU's, the FX 9590 will be faster than the i5 6500 when it comes to multi-core stuff like rendering, but not by much but the i5 6500 will be better for gaming hands down. Tom's puts the i5 6500 a tier above the FX 9590.

When are you planning to buy everything by the way? AMD's Zen and Intel's Kaby Lake are on the way.
