Any Particular reason 8700k over a Ryzen 3700X? The Ryzen build will get you two more cores and will be cheaper on both the CPU and mobo.

Also 850 watt PSU is over kill for that system. A good quality 650 watt is more then enough

A good 600-650W PSU will be more than enough for that build.

I wouldn't get the i7. I'd get the Ryzen 7. Cheaper and not any worse (actually better in some cases).
