What do you think of this gaming rig?

so you can OC proc

and some case fan (optional)
Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet Edition, BitFenix Spectre Pro LED, Noctua NF-F12 PWM etc

how bout Corsair 860W on PSU?
CXM is not a for serious OCing and its 550w
i think its not enough

Well, i am not planning to OC, if i was i would of gotten a 750 watt PSU

I don't think that power supply will be enough, if you look here:

You will see "Minimum Recommended System Power (W): 600W".

Also, perhaps you should consider the MSI 780 twin frozr, I'm personally interested in it and have done some reading up about the different brands. EVGA seems to be the least reputable. Just some thoughts.

if not for Ocing
but why are you not into OC you got a Z series Mobo and a GFX card for OCing

I really think you should be taking the manufacturer's recommended watts into serious consideration. I've heard there's pros and cons to MSI, Gigabyte, EVGA etc. You can go to different forums and different posts within those forums about the same issue and you will find that each one has a different answer, I was just giving you my 2 cents, it's entirely up to you.
