Solution
Ok, i can agree on that, but i would still prefer, it costs just a little bit more, but the choise depends on you http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80637i53570k. But really don't choose 760, 7850 is way better (plus you get two games 😀) and a really better mobo

Better power supply and video card.

Awesome, now do that on komplett.se spending 6300kr on everything except the monitor. Because here that is far above his budget. Also the LE version of the M5A97 R2.0 is supposedly terrible.

Hey, i would leave 7850 as his chosen, because it outperforms gtx 760, and doesn't cost a lot more, plus you get 2 games as i know, you can see in this benchmark http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/854?vs=778, plus i would recommend an i5-3570k Cpu, it is very good for gaming, and with a very good OC possibility.

EDIT: i just now saw the Motherboard, yes LE is horrible, i would bay a little more but have a good MoBo,but this is your choise http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-p8z77vlk

The 3570K is amazing, but I would give him a fx 8350 for a lot less. And the performance is almost identical.

Im not sure what you are smoking, but the GTX 760 is way faster than the 7850 in games, The GTX 760 is on par with the 7950 boost. Even the link in your post shows the 760 is a faster than the 7850.
