What do you think will be the best combination?

I will be playing many old games and a mix of current games but i am not building the pc with future games in mind as i think i will be able to upgrade after 6-months to 1 year. I just want to build the pc right before summer starts here in my country.

I will be playing at a fairly low resolution of : 1366x768
Between these 3 setups, what do you think will be the best?

i3-4130 + HD 7790 + 8 GB ram
i3-4130 + R9 270 + 4 GB ram
i5-4440 + 7790 + 4GB ram

The most demanding games that i intend to play are far cry 3, bioshock infinite and Metro last light. With these 3 games , i don't mind not having any AA at all and play on High(not ultra).

Will you be kind enough to state as to why you chose one over the other?
