You cant go wrong with either card. The EVGA card that i linked is clocked slightly higher (very slightly) and has the ACX cooler (really good aftermarket cooler) and you also get EVGA's fantastic customer support. The 4GB card is about $70 more and is worth in my opinion. You can ask some other people here and some will say that 4GB is overkill for 1080p gaming. But with the new Consoles out now i think that most future games will take advantage of the extra VRAM.
