What do you think?

Here's something I would personally have gone with for build 1:

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($149.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($77.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock 970 EXTREME4 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($99.49 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($144.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($74.95 @ Adorama)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive...
Those are vastly different builds with some extremely different budgets. Build 1 by far is the best of the two, though you can do better on the PSU, and depending on what your set up is right now, you likely won't need that sound card. I would also go with a different cooler, personally, and a different case.

I made some various changes and freed up some money to get you a 280X instead of the 270X, a much better card. Also, I changed your CPU to the 8320 as you can easily overclock that guy with the cooler I put on there to the same performance level as the 8350 and beyond. I also added Windows 7 and a DVD drive since you didn't have those selected, and wasn't sure if you'd need them. That's another $100 off if you already have those to use.

Very appreciate. Thanks a lot dude! :)
Wold you recomend any change on Build 2?

You're welcome. For the second build, I'd only make a couple of changes. CPU is fine, but I changed to the 7870 and a bit higher wattage PSU to handle it. Slightly different motherboard, but not too different. The 7870 is quite a bit better than the 260X.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($109.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($74.34 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card ($149.99 @ Newegg)
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WN881ND 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter ($18.97 @ Mwave)
Case: Gigabyte GZ-ZA2 ATX Mid Tower Case ($35.99 @ Mwave)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ Microcenter)
Total: $579.24

I'm an AMD fan. I'm using the FX- 6100 @3.3Ghz and has worked for me excelent. Can play Battlefield 3 on medium-high and it doesn't heats a lot :)

Thanks a lot!

The point here is, I'm pretty comfortable with AMD
