This will be my final pc. Is it good or ?

Gpu : Amd R9 270 msi oc
Cpu : intel pentium g3258
MOBO : MSI B85M-E45 ( chose this for the pci-e 3.0 . for the gpu )
PSU : corsair cx 500w

I couldn't fina a pci-e 3.0 mobo for a fx 6300

Any sugestions?

Solution
Well there is no reason that you would need pci 3.0 it will give you zero performance increase. But that is a decent budget build there could be some bottlenecking due to your cpu especially if you dont overclock. And that psu isent the best quality.
Personally, even tough pentiums are cheap, they are not really value for money.
Since you are upgrading your mobo as well anyways, i would seriously recommend going for at least an Intel i3 (gen3 or higher) with compatible motherboard if at all possible.

This will be about as close as you can get to $150 for motherboard and CPU.

If you are wanting to stick with Intel, I suggest increasing your budget closer to $200. Here would be a nice Intel combo.
