What do you use the internal usb port for

So i bought a new motherboard and it has an usb port that is not on the I/O. So now i want to know what can use it for. And NO, I'm not talking about the pcie card or the port where you plug in the front panel usb ports, it's just a normal usb 2.0 port on the end of the motherboard.

Things like a bluetooth receiver, something that you plug in once and likely wont touch again.
