What do you whink about this NON-GAMING build?

any cheap 120mm fan will work fine... i personally have 3 of these kingwin 950 rpm fans in my case, along with the single thermaltake fan that came with my case. i got there for next to free when tigerdirect has the rebates on them every now and then.

their cheap and quiet and thats all that mattered to me.

if your talking about a cpu cooler/heatsink.... the one that comes with your cpu should be fine unless your trying to overclock or you want an extremely quiet computer. that noctua above is very nice but most are a little pricey. the cooler master vortex plus works fine too.

Hmm, I was looking at AMD APUs, mini itx fm2 MOBOs are very expensive, bumping up to micro atx would save you cash:
