what does acpi x64 system basically mean ?

Solution

It's a standard that is implemented by the operating system, firmware (BIOS/UEFI), microprocessor, and attached peripherals. Significant parts of it are exposed as data tables and functions in the system firmware along with device-specific interfaces. It shows up in device manager because it has driver behaviour.
ACPI stands for Advanced Configuration and Power Interface. It's a standard method for controlling power states of the PC and attached peripherals. This is what allows for sleep mode and many other things.

x64 implies that the system is running with the x86 64 bit extensions, either AMD64 or EM64T.

is it a hardware ? because i find it in device manager

quick question off topic

my dvd isn't working all of sudden what might be reason . No led light , when i press eject button nothing happens

Power or data cable may be disconnected. If those are both firmly attached, it may be dead.

dead cables or dead burner ?

Most likely dead burner. Try plugging it in elsewhere to see if it's a port problem

i restarted the pc now its working , why its not working before

BUT DVD drive is not appearing in my computer

So back to the topic of the original question. In my windows 10 in the device manager where it says ACPI windows based system, under driver it says its a driver from 2006?
None of the stuff in this computer is from anywhere near 06, when I try to update it says its up to date. Am I supposed to do something here or ignore this?

You can ignore that. The driver date is kept artificially low in order to ensure that vendor drivers are installed preferentially to Microsoft supplied drivers
