510
Dram voltage: 1.60v
NB voltage: 1.23v
Vtt voltage: 1.20v
Gtlref voltage: 0.63
On demand clock modulation
And my CPU maxes at 2.75 stock 2.66 and I'm wanting to go higher but idk how

Solution
DRAM = RAM voltage
NB is probably North Bridge. It's for CPU Cache and RAM.
VTT is RAM and BCLK.

Mild or high CPU OC with multiplier requires increasing VCore (CPU (Core) Voltage). If you're using BCLK, you're literally looking for trouble. As you have to change half the setting on BIOS.

Also, when asking for help, post complete system information. I have no idea what kind of CPU or motherboard you have.

BTW, you can buy second hand older i5 CPUs (LGA 1155) for less than third their price. Maybe it's time to upgrade.
