Question What does an HP Z400 need to run? (integrated)

I have an HP Z400 Mobo in an old HP case. I tried putting different RAM sticks in (1600 Corsair) and some Kingston 1333's. It will not cold boot nor boot after being plugged in over night. The fans will spin for 1 second then stop. Do I need a certain type of Psu or set of RAM sticks for this to run?

Are those DDR3 or DDR4 ram sticks? Because that motherboard will only take ddr3 sticks.

They are DDR3 sticks and I did not combine different speeds.

Tried to reset the cmos?

Whats the PSU are you using, and is there any other hardware connected?

Yes, there is a CMOS button on the mobo which I pressed. The Psu is a EVGA 750W.

Try to change the cmos battery. Also check that CPU fan is connected to the CPU fan header and not system etc. Try with only 1 ram stick in different slots.

What kind of CPU are you using?

It has a fresh CMOS battery and I will try the RAM like you said. The Cpu is some sort of Xeon that is compatible with the mobo.

I tried every RAM slot and my problem is still there, fans spin for a second then stop.
