I am trying to download a free version of mirosoft office and when im almost done it says I need to be logged in as a adminstrater. What does that mean?

Upgrade you profile in control panel to admin, some settings make it where only admins are allowed to download

I hope you mean a "demo" version not a free one as there is no such thing unless it's a hacked or illegal copy.

Log on as an admin account, you onlyl need that to install the program not to download it.
