You don't need to worry about RAM differences...
Mini ITX, Micro ATX and ATX stands for sizes of a motherboard.
You can't place a Micro ATX mobo in an only ATX case.

That case is ok because it's compatible with any mobo so you have nothing to worry on.

You don't need to worry about RAM differences between your GFX card and system RAM. SOme people get worried when they see DDR5 within their GFX card specs and DDR3 or DDR4 within their RAM specs.
