Thank you both for answer. I read all and far as I understood it only effect perfomance. For game smoothness I was thinking about game feel (example 60 vs 75hz), fluidness. Like i said some guy wrote that with lower latency game will feel more fluid rather than at same fps with higher latency. So he is wrong?
