Recently a Windows ten update broke my computer so I went back to Windows seven and just now My computer asked me to use driver booster to install pci standard pci to pci bridge drivers. I did do that but I want know what pci standard pci to pci bridge is?

Ps. My computer stopped detecting my graphic card at the same time so I want to know if the fact I didn't have those drivers was the problem.I took out my gpu and haven't put it back in yet to test.

PCI-PCI bridges are special PCI devices that put the PCI buses of the system together. Simple systems have a single PCI bus but there is an electrical limit on the number of PCI devices that a single PCI bus can support. Using PCI-PCI bridges to add more PCI buses allows the system to support many more PCI devices. This is particularly important for a high performance server.

It's a way to support more devices, don't worry.
