Anybody know what does that mean in graphics card specs it is stated that it is 64 bit memory interface or higher and how much is it important?

Solution
Make sure that card comes with a small form bracket also, it should, but best to double check. The smaller case for the 6000 won't fit a full size bracket or card. For that card, you may see it have DDR3 memory with a 128 bit bus, the GDDR5 version with the 64 bit bus is actually faster even though the bus is smaller.

Memory interface size means how many bits can be transferred simultaneously. So, 64 bit memory interface grapghic card transfers 64 bits of data at a time while the 128 bit one transfers 128 bits simultaneously.
So, the higher the no. of bits faster will be the data transfer & more powerful the graphic card will be(with rest of the specs same).
