[SOLVED] What does the error in MemTest86 means??

Solution
I would swap the ram the modules and/or test them one at a time in different sockets. There can be socket/module conflicts that can cause this on otherwise perfectly fine ram. But if you cannot get a module to run without even a single error, it is bad--no way around it.

I would also check memory module cooling. I ran into errors when testing 256GB of LRDIMMs that tested fine once I got a fan blowing on one bank that didn't have a factory fan on it.

I just finished my complete test on MemTest86. And I got 250 errors. Well, I did this test after getting a lot of Blue screen of Death. Does it means that I have to replace my RAM? So if you something to help, please help me out here.

Yes it means you should replace your RAM. There is no "help me out here". You buy new.
1 MEMTEST error is too many.
