What does the (-P) mean on monitors?

I am thinking about buying a monitor however depending on which website i look on to buy it it either has a (-p) on the end or it doesn't, does anyone know what this means? Is it a separate monitor?

The monitor in question is the LG 34UM95(-p?)

I think it just denotes which part of the world that model (with a 'P' suffix) is manufactured for.

For example, the 34UM95 here on the UK website doesn't have the 'P' suffix:
http://www.lg.com/uk/monitors/lg-34UM95

But it does have a 'P' suffix on the US website:
http://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-34UM95-P-ultrawide-monitor
