Those are system temperatures (mobo chipsets...); hard to say which exactly unless Gigabyte has some documentation on them...

Temp 1 is the Mobo Temp (Just below the Processor)
Temp 2 is the SB Temp
Temp 3 is the NB Temp

this sucks man.. isnt there any compatible software that tells correct readings?

Check the HW Monitors log. You'll need to save the reading first. Save it, open it, and it'll tell you everything. You just need to know which address if for which sensor.
