What happens when you press it?
If there is very little resistance when you press it...my guess is that it's a breaker reset switch.

They make cheap circuit breakers.....and usually they have a button like that......and usually if the breaker isn't tripped.....you can press the button in really easy.

If that's what it is....if the power supply draws too much current from the wall....for whatever reason...that will trip.....and you will have to push it in to get the PSU going again.

I don't usually see them on PC PSUs much.....but I see them on a lot of other things.

Being it lacked any soft of decent ID....I was tending to assume it was probably a low quality PSU....but regardless...I think the button is a breaker reset button.

It looks like the button of a resettable circuit breaker, you only can push it after it tripped.

It tells you that you need a new PSU because this one is an ANTIQUE Topower from around 15 years ago.

Any sort of smoke coming out from the PSU is magic, people are like "WTF", no need a button LOL

So I get that this power supply is bad, this pc belongs to a friend of mine and I helped him clean it, cuz I'm the computer guy from us two , the funny thing is that the pc has a really nice looking case like gamers, and I really thought this was a great computer, but when you open the case the mother board is tiny, the ram is from company I never saw before the cpu fan is intel stock and the case itself doesn't seem to have a brand also, plus what you're all saying, I guess this pc was built with the worst possible parts.
