What does this error mean? (Windows Performance Monitor)

So I ran Windows Performance Monitor, I got some disturbing results:

I have no idea what these warnings mean... well, okay, there are drivers missing/not installed, but drivers of what? Everything seems to function OK.

OK after further inspection, this is what I found out:

I have gigabyte z97x gaming 3 motherboard, updated everything from the CD that came with the motherboard.

However, under computer management, I have a section "Other devices" and under there, there's a SM Bus Controller with a yellow questionmark. Under properties, I have the following error:
"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."

I tried the official windows function, search for drivers, which found nothing. On the official site, I can't for the love of God find these drivers.

Any ideas?
