What does this light mean

So I recently have had lots of problems with my gpu and other things and when I went to go look at my motherboard I saw that light what does it mean. I have a ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AM3+ amd fx 8350 and a evga geforce gtx 750 ti ftw

In all seriousness the name of the light is next to it, BOOT_DEVICE_LED. Those lights turn on when there is an error, in this case its giving you a hard drive error. When this light is on does the computer boot up? If it does I would try resetting the BIOS by removing the little watch battery with the computer unplugged for a few minutes to reset it. If it comes back, something is wrong with your hard drive. Describe your issues here.
