here is the board....one amazon llink and one gigabyte link

Just by looking at the MoBo pics, you can see two M.2 slots. Upper one has thermal guard while lower one is bare.

MoBo specs also say as much: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550-AORUS-ELITE-rev-10/sp#sp

Also, upper M.2 slot is either 4.0 or 3.0 (3.0 when using G-suffix CPU). Lower slot is 3.0.

Plus, how to know if this board supports ddr4-3600 memory

Again, look from the specs:
Support for DDR4 4733(O.C.) / 4600(O.C.) / 4400(O.C.) / 4266(O.C.) / 4133(O.C.) / 4000(O.C.) / 3866(O.C.) / 3733(O.C.) / 3600(O.C.) / 3466(O.C) / 3400(O.C.) / 3200 / 2933 / 2667 / 2400 / 2133 MHz memory modules

The will physically fit and run.
One will run at PCIe 4.0
The other will run at PCIe 3.0

Depending on the CPU involved.
