Question What does this mean in CBS.log?

Does this have something to do with a cmd window appearing and disappearing when Windows 10 starts up ?
This cmd window only appears about 2 or 3 times a month.

As for the cmd window popping up, I don't know if that's related or not since CBS is related to Windows Updates (or more specifically, updating components in Windows). If it happens around a Windows update, then it might be that.

it could, but there are ways to run commands without showing the cmd menu, I would expect windows commands to run mostly hidden. One way is to run it mimimized, for instance.
So unless you know these showed at the exact same time, its hard to say.

trustedinstaller updates store apps, I don't recall seeing a window show for every update it does, for instance. More likely 3rd party programs show cmd
