what does this mean"you have a processor rated at 4.8ghz" pls answer

I have an intel 3 ghz dual core e5700
3 gb RAM,Intel g41 express chipset 500 gb hdd
I recently went to systemrequirementslab.com and it said "u have 3 ghz processor rated at 4.8 ghz" what does this mean
And please suggest me some good games which i can run on my old pc well i run cod 4 at 1024*768 smoothly,cod 6 etc

You must be having a dual-core processor at 2.4 GHz. Because it's dual-core, it's showing 4.8. It does that with my Core 2 Duo.
